We are not responsible for incorrect sizing resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

After an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

      • product availability;
      • incorrect customer information;

Custom-made items

Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain manufacturing defects.

Standard-size products

Unused standard-size products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

Items must be:

      • unused;
      • unworn;
      • unwashed;
      • returned in original condition.
