Our mission is to create high-quality handcrafted Japanese-inspired garments tailored to each customer’s preferences. Because custom-made products require individual craftsmanship, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. What Is a Custom Order?

A custom order is any product that is made specifically for you based on one or more of the following:

      • custom body measurements;
      • personalized sizing;
      • fabric selection;
      • color selection;
      • design modifications;
      • custom embroidery or personalization;
      • any product made especially at your request.

2. Customer Responsibility

By placing a custom order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, including:

      • body measurements;
      • shipping address;
      • product specifications;
      • customization requests.

GoraCraft is not responsible for incorrect fit or appearance resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

3. Production

Each custom garment is handmade individually.

Production normally requires 5–20 business days, depending on the complexity of the order and current production capacity.

Production begins only after full payment has been received through PayPal.

4. Design Approval

If your order requires confirmation of a design, measurements, or other custom details, production will begin only after you approve the final specifications.

Any delay in providing approval may delay production and shipping.

5. Changes After Ordering

Changes to a custom order may be possible only before production begins.

Once production has started, modifications, cancellations, or design changes may no longer be possible.

Please contact us immediately if you need to update your order.

6. Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once materials have been prepared or production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because custom garments are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless:

      • the product has a manufacturing defect;
      • the wrong item was shipped;
      • the product was damaged during shipping.

8. Measurement Accuracy

To ensure the best fit, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

If you are unsure how to measure yourself, please contact us before placing your order.

We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for garments that do not fit due to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

9. Handmade Characteristics

Every GoraCraft garment is handcrafted.

Minor variations in stitching, color, fabric texture, or measurements are natural characteristics of handmade production and should not be considered defects.
